Scheduler⚓︎
Schedule your active scene groups or timeline shows to play automatically. - Scene Duration: How long each scene stays on before switching. - Fade Duration: Crossfade between scenes; set to 0 to disable fading. - Allow Full Media Playback: Lets videos play to completion before switching. - Weekdays: Choose the days to run; if none selected, it runs daily. - Start & End Time: Define the daily window when the show is allowed to run. - Save: Apply these settings to start scheduling immediately.

- Starting a manual play while a schedule is active will interrupt and stop the current schedule.
- If a projector power protocol is configured for your illumibots, power will automatically turn on at show start and off at show end.
Scenes and Scene Group Management⚓︎
Play All Scenes⚓︎
Quickly play all active scenes selected within a scene group set. This uses your current scheduler settings (scene duration, fade, full media playback) when applicable.
Scene Groups⚓︎
Scene groups act like “albums” of scenes you can play together. - A scene is a set of saved images/videos targeted to specific illumibots. Playing a scene shows the correct image/video on each illumibot. - For example, with 4 projectors, a single scene can coordinate content across all 4 at once.
Within each scene group: - Play: Immediately play the active scenes in this group. - Stop: Stop the currently running show for this group. - Schedule Show: Open the scheduler to set scene duration, fade, weekdays, and time window, then save to schedule. - Setup Audio (when enabled): Configure audio playback for the show. - Convert to a Timeline Show: Open the timeline editor to build a precise sequence with timings. - Clone or Delete: Duplicate or remove a group when needed.
Timeline Shows⚓︎
Use timelines to orchestrate precise sequences: - Play All: Play the entire timeline across selected projectors. - Stop Show: Stop playback for the current timeline show. - Schedule: Apply scheduler settings to the timeline show (weekdays, time window, scene/fade durations if applicable). - Edit: Update timelines, names, and scheduler settings anytime.
New Group⚓︎
Create a new scene group, give it a name, and tap Create. - Add scenes later from the image generation flow by saving to this group.
