Creating an Account⚓︎

You sign in to Illumibot with an email address and password.

Signing up⚓︎

  1. Open the app and tap Create account under New to illumibot?.
  2. Fill in Email address, Create a password and Confirm password.
  3. If you have an IllumiFun kit, enter the code printed on it in Activation code (optional). You can also redeem it later (see below).
  4. Tick I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  5. Tap Create Account.

We'll send a verification email to your address. You can keep using the app while you wait for it, and you can resend it any time from Profile → Verify email.

Set up your profile⚓︎

Next, you'll see Set up your profile. This is how you'll appear in the community:

  • A profile photo (take one or pick one from your gallery)
  • Name
  • Phone number (include your country code)

Everything here is optional. Tap Continue, or Skip for now to finish it later from your Profile.

Activation codes⚓︎

Activation codes come printed on Illumibot kits and gift cards. Depending on the code, you might get LumiTokens, a subscription, or AtmosFX decorations.

  • At sign-up: enter the code in Activation code (optional). It's redeemed automatically the first time the app starts.
  • Later: go to Profile → Subscription, tap Have an activation code? → Redeem, type the Code and confirm. A summary of your rewards appears. Tap Got it to close it.

Signing in⚓︎

On the sign-in screen (Welcome back), enter your Email address and Password and tap Sign in.

Signing in from the website⚓︎

When the Illumibot website gives you a sign-in link, open it on your phone and the app signs you in automatically. If you're already signed in to another account, the app first asks whether to Switch.

The links only work once. If you see "This code expired", get a new link from the website.

Forgot your password?⚓︎

  1. Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter your email and tap Send link.
  3. Open the link in the email to choose a new password. If it hasn't arrived, tap Resend link, or Use a different email.

To change your password while signed in, go to Profile → Change password.
