Subscriptions

You need a subscription to create with AI. Without one, you can still set up your devices, play what you already have, and browse the community.
There are three plans:

| Free | Set up devices, play shows and browse Explore. No AI creation. |
| Supporter | AI creation for the devices your plan covers. |
| Professional | Everything in Supporter. Also includes free image generation, bigger batches, and the ability to buy tokens for animations and other advanced features. |
Each plan covers a set number of devices, plus one illumiFun.
Prices are shown in the app and can differ by region and app store. To see them, go to Profile → Subscription (Choose your plan). Some plans offer Monthly and Yearly billing.
- Subscribe: tap Purchase on a plan.
- Change or cancel: tap Manage subscription. This opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed and cancelled through your app store.
- Business or large installs: use Contact Us on the plans page.
Activation codes⚓︎
Got a kit or gift card? On the plans page, tap Have an activation code? → Redeem and enter the code. Codes can add a subscription, LumiTokens, or AtmosFX decorations. See Creating an Account.
Tokens

Tokens (LumiTokens) pay for the heavier AI and processing work. Image generation is free on Professional.

You always see the cost first. Before a paid action runs, the app shows Cost, Your balance and Balance after. You're only charged if the job completes; failed jobs are refunded.
Buying tokens⚓︎
Token packs are available on the Professional plan. Tap your token balance anywhere in the app, or go to Profile → Buy tokens, and choose a pack.
When your balance runs low, Home shows a Top up card.
Token history⚓︎
Profile → Token history shows your Current Tokens, Total Tokens Spent, and every transaction (Earned or Spent) with what it was for.
AtmosFX⚓︎
AtmosFX is a store of professionally made decoration videos, such as ghosts, snow and fireworks, in horizontal and vertical versions. You buy packs with tokens, choosing a Non-Commercial Personal Use or Commercial Use Blanket License. Purchased AtmosFX appear in Play → Library → AtmosFX, ready to add to your shows.
