Account Info⚓︎
At the very top of this page, you'll see your account info, which includes:
- Name: Your account name, which will be displayed on community posts if you decide to share any content.
- Profile Image: This image will be visible on your community posts as well.
Note: Make sure to follow all rules according to our community post policy.
- Verified Email: The email address associated with your account.
- Subscription Plan: Your current subscription details.
- Token Count: The number of tokens you have available.
- Join Date: When you joined the app.
Ticket Submission Button⚓︎
If you need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out using the Ticket Submission button.
This button can be found in two locations within the app:
- Help Menu: Located in a sticky footer on most pages, making it easy to access at any time.
- Account Section: Under your user information, you will find the ticket submission button.
In this section, you can also view any tickets you’ve submitted. Each ticket will display the most recent message sent in the app and how long ago the ticket was last updated.
Create a New Ticket⚓︎
At the bottom of the page, you can create a new support ticket. Here’s what you’ll need to provide:
- Description: Please provide as much detail as possible so we can assist you efficiently.
- Attachments: You can attach any relevant images or screenshots of the issue you’re experiencing.
Simply submit the ticket, and we will do our best to respond to you as efficiently as possible!
